Trainers at Knebworth
Julie Jones:
"I first became interested in training dogs at the age of 11. When I was 19, my collie bitch and I won the Crufts Obedience Championship. (I was the youngest handler to achieve this).
Our success was repeated 3 years later, the same year that Viv Knights won the Dog Championship. We are very proud of the fact that Knebworth is the only club to have won both dog and bitch championships in the same year.
I have also trained another collie who became an obedience champion, and have trained several dogs since.
I also train and compete in flyball.
I am a qualified Obedience Judge at Open/Championship obedience shows, and work for the Young Kennel Club as obedience co-ordinator for the juniors.
