Club Evenings:
We meet on Thursday evenings, from 8.00pm
Class times:
Class 1, Foundation ..................... 8.00pm. to 8.45pm.
Class 2, Elementary ................. 8.45pm. to 9.45pm.
Class 3, Advanced ..................... Not running at present.
On normal training evenings we have light refreshments available. These include hot and cold drinks and snacks.
